MEET OUR FOUNDER
Kristen Hand, CPA is the founder of FHAS, bringing over 15 years of experience in accounting to her role as a trusted advisor for businesses of all sizes.
Kristen’s educational foundation includes a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Stetson University. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience working with small and mid-size businesses, providing everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to high-level CFO advisory services. Her work with multifamily housing and non-profit organizations has allowed her to navigate unique financial structures and offer tailored solutions that drive both operational efficiency and financial success.
Outside of her professional life, Kristen and her husband are the proud parents of a 10 year old daughter. Kristen’s passion for animal rescue is a big part of her personal life—she is an active foster for Red Dog Farm. She and her family share their home with a variety of animals, reflecting her love for animals and her commitment to the rescue community.
Kristen combines her professional expertise with a genuine passion for helping others—whether it’s through guiding clients toward financial clarity or giving animals a second chance at life. She is dedicated to providing practical, personalized accounting solutions that make a real impact on the businesses and lives of those she serves.
